The Crusaders win big Friday night at Southfield Christian scoring 36 points in the first quarter. Junior Zack Alkire led the charge completing all three of his passing attempts for 120 yards and rushing for 108 yards. With the immediate success there were limited stats for the night, but many Crusaders took the field and got great experience. The Crusaders have improved to 4 and 3 and need to defeat a MUCH improved Oakland Christian team next Saturday in the MIAC Championship Bowl to make the post-season. Max Preps recognized #55 Justin Gapski (offensive), #24 Paul Rosa (defensive) and #12 Mike Justice (special teams) for being selected the Lutheran Northwest Football Players of the Game.
